Kaxås School is a school with about 45 students. Kaxås School is located in the picturesque Offerdal, close to the mountains and beautiful nature experiences. There is a strong forward spirit and a desire to develop here in the community.

The Department of Children and Education has about 800 employees. The department's activities extend across the entire municipality and include preschool, primary school F-9, adapted primary school, after-school care, nutrition and cleaning, mother tongue, and library services.

A day as a music teacher at Kaxås School

You conduct structured teaching based on applicable governing documents, follow up and analyze your teaching and students' results.

You are a clear leader in the classroom and dare to try new ways to constantly strive to improve your teaching. You work with high expectations and see good relationships with students and guardians as a natural part of your work. In collaboration with colleagues, you create good learning environments based on clear and low-affect leadership.

Your qualifications

You who are applying are a licensed music teacher for the specified grade levels.

You have a positive outlook and believe in every individual's desire to develop and learn. You are unpretentious and solution-focused and understand the benefits of working in a team and learning together.

You collaborate with the school's student health team and have a good ability to create relationships with students, parents, and your colleagues.

You are flexible and have the ability to work independently and goal-oriented.

Additional information

The position is a permanent employment at 30% with a possible increase up to 100% in combination with other subjects.

Therefore, a salary supplement of 3000 SEK/month for full-time work is provided for licensed teachers hired for this position.
